When a buyer places an order through a SellFlow checkout link, we collect the buyer's name, phone number, physical address, city, state, zip/pin code, country, selected variant, notes, and payment preference. For sellers, we collect details including email, whatsapp number, store name, user profile info, and catalog details.
We use buyer information solely to process orders, facilitate communications with the seller (primarily through WhatsApp redirection), and calculate analytics (such as conversion rates and view counts) for the seller. We do not sell or lease buyer or seller data to third parties.
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to provide the SellFlow services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
