SellFlow provides a web-based storefront and checkout tool for buyers, and a mobile operating system for sellers. Sellers are solely responsible for their storefront listings, product accuracy, shipping, and order fulfillment.
SellFlow facilitates the transmission of order details between buyers and sellers. All financial transactions, cash-on-delivery payments, bank transfers, or mobile money setups are conducted directly between the buyer and the seller. SellFlow is not a payment processor and is not liable for transactions, refunds, or product disputes.
Sellers agree not to list illegal, counterfeit, harmful, or copyright-infringing materials on their storefronts. We reserve the right to suspend or disable storefronts violating these terms.
The platform is provided "as is" without any warranties. SellFlow will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the platform.
